November 2018: World Forum on Urban Forests (WFUF), Mantova Italy,

At WFUF, Tree Dimensions Director David Galwey presented a paper titled “Urban Forest values recognised in unique legislation”, drawing on his experience with the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act 2006 in New South Wales. This legislation requires the NSW Land and Environment Court to consider the benefits of trees to the broader community and environment rather than rely on common law.
